释义	租客不再，出租房着火的，如果能够证明是由于承租人原因导致火灾发生的，应当由承租人承担赔偿责任，没有证据能够证明是因承租人的原因导致房屋着火的，则由出租人自行承担损失。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百二十九条因不可归责于承租人的事由，致使租赁物部分或者全部毁损、灭失的，承租人可以请求减少租金或者不支付租金；因租赁物部分或者全部毁损、灭失，致使不能实现合同目的的，承租人可以解除合同。第七百一十四条承租人应当妥善保管租赁物，因保管不善造成租赁物毁损、灭失的，应当承担赔偿责任。
