释义	法律分析：是指违反法律规定，在国家司法机关进行正常诉讼活动时，使用各种方法进行妨害，扰乱国家司法国家司法权的行使，情节严重的行为。主要表现为打击报复证人罪、扰乱法庭秩序罪、窝藏、包庇罪、拒绝提供间谍犯罪证据罪的等。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百零七条以暴力、威胁、贿买等方法阻止证人作证或者指使他人作伪证的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役；情节严重的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑。帮助当事人毁灭、伪造证据，情节严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。司法工作人员犯前两款罪的，从重处罚。
