释义	法律分析：摩托车在非机动车道内逆向行驶属于违法行为，摩托车逆向行驶的，处警告或者20元以上200元以下罚款，一次记3分机动车、非机动车靠左侧通行，则视为逆向行驶。驾驶摩托车在道路上行驶应当遵守有关交通安全的规定。非机动车应当在非机动车道内行驶;在没有非机动车道的道路上，应当靠车行道的右侧行驶。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第九十条机动车驾驶人违反道路交通安全法律、法规关于道路通行规定的，处警告或者二十元以上二百元以下罚款。本法另有规定的，依照规定处罚。
