法律主观：
合同一经签订,就发生法律效力,网签合同也是一样。非经双方同意,是不能取消的。依法成立的合同，对当事人具有 法律约束力 。当事人应当按照约定履行自己的义务，不得擅自变更或者解除合同。除非是签订合同时有重大误解或订立合同时显失公平,也可以单方请求人民法院或仲裁机构撤销。
