法律规定老公必须养老婆吗？

法律分析：
老公有义务养老婆。法律规定，夫妻之间的扶养义务和接受扶养的权利是完全平等的，双方应自觉履行扶养义务。当夫妻一方失去劳动能力时，另一方负有扶养和照顾对方生活的义务；当夫妻一方生病时，另一方必须给予照顾或者送院治疗，承担相应的医疗和护理费用。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一千零五十九条 夫妻有相互扶养的义务。
需要扶养的一方，在另一方不履行扶养义务时，有要求其给付扶养费的权利。
