释义	法律分析：(1)调整对象不同,普通法调整的对象是全方位的，几乎涉及法律的各个领域;衡平法调整的对象是有限的，只涉及普通法不能调整的私法领域。(2)渊源不同，普通法的渊源以习惯法为主;衡平法则以罗马法为主。(3)程序不同，普通法的程序复杂、僵化；衡平法的程序简单,灵活。(4)救济方法不同，普通法的救济方法只有损害赔偿;衡平法的救济方法则很多。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百零一条本法总则适用于其他有刑罚规定的法律，但是其他法律有特别规定的除外。
