释义	【法律意见】劳动者行使辞职权时应当注意两点：一是如果劳动合同约定了违约金，或用人单位支付了培训费等，劳动者解除劳动合同应当按约定承担赔偿责任；二是提前通知的日期要符合法律规定，否则用人单位可不同意解除劳动合同。只要符合了以上两点，就可以解除了。【法律依据】第31条规定：“劳动者解除劳动合同，应当提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位。”
