释义	法律分析：复印件可以当证据，但其效力低于原始证据。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第七十条书证应当提交原件。物证应当提交原物。提交原件或者原物确有困难的，可以提交复制品、照片、副本、节录本。从这一规定可以看出，作为民事诉讼中的证据，一般应当提交原件，实在无法提交原件的，也可以提交复印件。司法解释规定：证据材料为复制件，提供人拒不提供原件或原件线索，没有其他材料可以印证，对方当事人又不予承认的，在诉讼中不得作为认定事实的根据。
