家中方式火灾完全是业主消防安全监管不到位，物业公司没有责任和义务。但是如果是物业的原因，那么就要由物业承担责任。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国消防法》 第十八条 同一建筑物由两个以上单位管理或者使用的，应当明确各方的消防安全责任，并确定责任人对共用的疏散通道、安全出口、建筑消防设施和消防车通道进行统一管理。 住宅区的物业服务企业应当对管理区域内的共用消防设施进行维护管理，提供消防安全防范服务。
