释义	法律分析：工作人员除国家已明确规定的各种公休节假日和假期以外，如遇特殊情况本人必须离开工作岗位的可请事假。事假应由本人事先提出申请，按工作人员管理权限审核批准，方可休假。并由主管领导签字审批后，报人事部门备案。法律依据：《机关事业单位工作人员带薪年休假实施办法》第九条机关、事业单位已安排年休假，工作人员未休且有下列情形之一的，只享受正常工作期间的工资收入：(一)因个人原因不休年休假的;(二)请事假累计已超过本人应休年休假天数，但不足20天的。
