释义	法律分析：严重,但不会加重处罚力度。罪犯的量刑主要从他的罪行出发,而不会因为是网上通缉犯就会加重他的量刑,也不会因为他不是网上通缉犯就会减轻他的量刑。之所以要进行网络通缉,一是有利于公安机关办案,二是有利于人民群众提高警惕甚至给公安机关提供线索。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百五十五条应当逮捕的犯罪嫌疑人如果在逃，公安机关可以发布通缉令，采取有效措施，追捕归案。各级公安机关在自己管辖的地区以内，可以直接发布通缉令；超出自己管辖的地区，应当报请有权决定的上级机关发布。
