释义	法律分析：专利权恢复期限是:自障碍消除之日起2个月内,最迟自期限届满之日起2年内,可以向国务院专利行政部门请求恢复权利。法律依据：《中华人民共和国专利法》第四十四条有下列情形之一的，专利权在期限届满前终止：（一）没有按照规定缴纳年费的；（二）专利权人以书面声明放弃其专利权的。专利权在期限届满前终止的，由国务院专利行政部门登记和公告。
