释义	法律分析：不会。法律没有规定多长时间会自动销案，只有公安机关侦查清楚之后才会做出销案决定。所以不存在自动销案问题，只要报案人不申请销案，案件就继续存在。除非公安机关没有发现犯罪事实就会主动撤销案件。法律依据：《公安机关办理刑事案件程序规定》第一百六十八条规定，经过侦查，发现具有下列情形之一的，应当撤销案件：（一）没有犯罪事实的；（二）情节显著轻微、危害不大，不认为是犯罪的；（三）犯罪已过追诉时效期限的；（四）经特赦令免除刑罚的；（五）犯罪嫌疑人死亡的；（六）其他依法不追究刑事责任的。
