释义	离婚协议中财产分割条款可以撤销，但有条件，即时间要在协议离婚后一年内，并且需要证明存在欺诈或胁迫的情况。男女双方协议离婚后一年内就财产分割问题反悔，请求变更或者撤销财产分割协议的，人民法院应当受理。人民法院审理后，未发现订立财产分割协议时存在欺诈、胁迫等情形的，应当依法驳回当事人的诉讼请求。【法律依据】《民法典》第一百四十八条，一方以欺诈手段，使对方在违背真实意思的情况下实施的民事法律行为，受欺诈方有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。
