释义	法律分析：有下列情形之一的，禁止结婚： (一)直系血亲和三代以内的旁系血亲； (二)患有医学上认为不应当结婚的疾病。其中，直系血亲的直接血缘关系，是指出生关系。包括生出自己的长辈(父母，祖父母，外祖父母以及更上的长辈)和自己生出来的晚辈(子女，孙子女，外孙子女以及更下的直接晚辈)。旁系血亲，是指相互间具有间接血缘联系的亲属，即直系血亲以外的在血缘上与自己同出一源，也就是出于同一祖先的亲属。法律依据：《民法典》第一千零四十八条，直系血亲或者三代以内的旁系血亲禁止结婚。
