是的，宣判无罪释放是当庭释放，无罪释放一般由法院当庭宣布。人民法院判决被告人无罪的，如果被告人在押，在宣判后应当立即释放，不存在公安机关要几天才放人的情形。司法机关对在押的被告人宣布无罪时，解除其被拘禁束缚的状态，恢复其人身自由的行为。

《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》 第一百六十三条 在侦查过程中，发现不应对犯罪嫌疑人追究刑事责任的，应当撤销案件；犯罪嫌疑人已被逮捕的，应当立即释放，发给释放证明，并且通知原批准逮捕的人民检察院。
