释义	法律分析：嫖娼是指两人及以上，以金钱为媒介发生不正当关系的性关系，是违法行为。但是“手淫”是个人行为，其次独自“手淫”中不存在金钱关系，因此“打飞机”不属于嫖娼。法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第六十六条卖淫、嫖娼的，处十日以上十五日以下拘留，可以并处五千元以下罚款节较轻的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。在公共场所拉客招嫖的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。
