释义	和有老公的已婚女人同居生活在一起，那就触犯了婚姻法，就等同于重婚罪。《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百五十八条重婚罪是指有配偶又与他人结婚或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的行为。所谓有配偶，是指男人有妻、女人有夫，而且这种夫妻关系未经法律程序解除尚在存续的，即为有配偶的人；如果夫妻关系已经解除，或者因配偶一方死亡夫妻关系自然消失，即不再是有配偶的人。第二百五十八条有配偶而重婚的，或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的，处2年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。该内容由王婧律师和点行律询共创回答
