法律分析：
按照我国法律规定，我国女职工的退休年龄为55岁。 如果是长期在生产工作岗位上班的女职工，退休年龄则为50周岁。 一般普通女职工都是按55周岁退休的，女职工退休年龄按如下规定确定：经人事行政主管部门审批录用为干部的女职工，退休年龄为55周岁。
法律依据：
《国务院关于工人退休、退职的暂行办法》 第一条 全民所有制企业、事业单位和党政机关、群众团体的工人，符合下列条件之一的，应该退休。男年满六十周岁，女年满五十周岁，连续工龄满十年的。
