一、重庆公积金离职后多久可以取出来
1、重庆公积金离职后的两年内，可以取出来。离职后公积金账户必须是封存状态才能提取，一般公司在员工离职后一个月内会办理该账户的封存，所以离职后一个月左右去提取比较合适。如果平时使用公积金比较少，那么公积金账户余额就会闲置，在退休是可以申请将公积金余额取出。
2、法律依据：《住房公积金管理条例》第二十五条
职工提取住房公积金账户内的存储余额的，所在单位应当予以核实，并出具提取证明。职工应当持提取证明向住房公积金管理中心申请提取住房公积金。住房公积金管理中心应当自受理申请之日起3日内作出准予提取或者不准提取的决定，并通知申请人；准予提取的，由受委托银行办理支付手续。
二、公积金需要什么提取材料
1、须提供身份证件原件，及以下证明材料的原件：
2、职工与原单位解除劳动关系满两年未再就业的，需提供与原单位解除劳动关系的协议或《失业证》；
3、职工个人账户封存两年以上的，可不再提供离职证明，因单位欠缴导致个人账户停缴的除外。职工在外地继续缴存住房公积金的，应当按照异地转移相关规定办理转移手续。
