释义	无行为能力人的认定：不满八周岁的未成年人或已满八周岁但患有精神病、完全不能辨别自己行为的性质和后果的未成年人是无行为能力人。无行为能力人对自己行为的性质和后果都无法判断，只能由其法定代理人代为进行各种民事活动。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《民法典》第二十条不满八周岁的未成年人为无民事行为能力人，由其法定代理人代理实施民事法律行为。第二十一条不能辨认自己行为的成年人为无民事行为能力人，由其法定代理人代理实施民事法律行为。八周岁以上的未成年人不能辨认自己行为的，适用前款规定。
