释义	如果代书遗嘱符合一定条件是有效的：（1）遗嘱人口述遗嘱内容，由见证人代替遗嘱人书写遗嘱；（2）代书遗嘱必须有两个以上见证人在场见证，其中一人可为代书人；（3）代书人、见证人和遗嘱人必须在遗嘱上签名，并注明年、月、日；（4）遗嘱代书人应当具有完全的民事行为能力，不是未成年人或者精神上、智力不健全的人。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百三十五条代书遗嘱应当有两个以上见证人在场见证，由其中一人代书，并由遗嘱人、代书人和其他见证人签名，注明年、月、日。
