释义	法律分析：委托公证书是公证机关出具的只证明当事人委托行为和在委托书上签字的有效性的法律文书。公证机关在办理委托公证时，一般不进行实体上的审查，由此而产生的权利与义务后果，均由委托人享有或承担。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公证法》第三十条公证机构经审查，认为申请提供的证明材料真实、合法、充分，申请公证的事项真实、合法的，应当自受理公证申请之日起十五个工作日内向当事人出具公证书。但是，因不可抗力、补充证明材料或者需要核实有关情况的，所需时间不计算在期限内。
