释义	如果泄露了别人的聊天记录，别人的聊天记录属于别人的隐私誉链，私自散布他人隐私属于违法。如果造成严重后果，涉嫌犯罪。同时侵犯别人的隐私权还要承担民事侵权责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安唤困管理处罚法》第四十二条偷窥、偷拍、窃听、散布他人隐私的，处5日以下拘留或者500元以下罚款；情节较重的，处5日以和虚念上10日以下拘留，可以并处500元以下罚款。
