释义	法律上入职合同期限，有固定期限，即在合同中明确约定效力期间，期限可长可短，长到几年、十几年，短到一年或者几个月。无固定期限，即劳动合同中只约定了起始日期，没有约定具体终止日期。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第十二条劳动合同分为固定期限劳动合同、无固定期限劳动合同和以完成一定工作任务为期限的劳动合同。第十三条固定期限劳动合同，是指用人单位与劳动者约定合同终止时间的劳动合同。用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以订立固定期限劳动合同。
