释义	法律分析：军人擅自离队或者无故逾假不归处理规定：7日以内的，给予警告、严重警告处分；累计8日以上15日以内的，给予记过、记大过处分；累计16日以上的，给予降职(级)、降衔(级)、撤职处分，其中义务兵累计30日以上的，给予除名处分。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第四百三十五条违反兵役法规，逃离部队，情节严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。战时犯前款罪的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑。
