释义	劳动合同,手写和打印都是合法有效的。法律并无明确规定必须是手写或打印。不过最后劳动者和用人单位负责人的名字需要双方签字,而不能打印。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第十六条劳动合同由用人单位与劳动者协商一致，并经用人单位与劳动者在劳动合同文本上签字或者盖章生效。劳动合同文本由用人单位和劳动者各执一份。
