释义	法律分析：在包装完好的情况下，如果顾客在包装内发现异物，顾客有权向生产方索取赔偿，赔偿金一般为商品原价的十倍，如果顾客与生产方协商未达一致，或者生产方拒不赔偿，顾客可以通过质检部门，或者工商部门检举生产者，或者予以曝光，违反本法规定，造成人身、财产或者其他损害的，依法承担赔偿责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国食品安全法》第九十六条第二款生产不符合食品安全标准的食品或者销售明知是不符合食品安全标准的食品，消费者除要求赔偿损失外，还可以向生产者或者销售者要求支付价款十倍的赔偿金。
