问题	离婚协议中赠与的财产能否撤销
释义	法律分析：离婚协议中赠与的财产不一定能撤销。如果离婚协议已经经过公证或经过人民法院的裁判确认的，是当然不能撤销的；如果赠与的财产已经办理了产权转移也是不能撤销的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百五十八条赠与人在赠与财产的权利转移之前可以撤销赠与。经过公证的赠与合同或者依法不得撤销的具有救灾、扶贫、助残等公益、道德义务性质的赠与合同，不适用前款规定。
