释义	法律分析：1、侵犯的客体是他人的身体健康和社会治安管理秩序；2、在客观方面表现为严重性病患者实施卖淫嫖娼的行为；3、主体是已满十六周岁、具有刑事责任能力，且患有梅毒、淋病等严重性病的人；4、在主观方面表现为故意。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第十四条明知自己的行为会发生危害社会的结果，并且希望或者放任这种结果发生，因而构成犯罪的，是故意犯罪。故意犯罪，应当负刑事责任。第三百六十条明知自己患有梅毒、淋病等严重性病卖淫、嫖娼的，处五年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制，并处罚金。
