释义	法律分析：是企业单位或个人签发并承诺在见票时或指定日期无条件支付一定金额给收款人或持票人的票据。按照国际上所使用的商业本票，有远期和即期之分。远期商业本票简称期票，可分为定期付款、出票后定期付款和见票后定期付款期票。法律依据：《中华人民共和国票据法》第二条在中华人民共和国境内的票据活动，适用本法。本法所称票据，是指汇票、本票和支票。第七十三条本票是出票人签发的，承诺自己在见票时无条件支付确定的金额给收款人或者持票人的票据。本法所称本票，是指银行本票。
