释义	法律分析：股东转让股权后不能依旧享有利润分红。股东转让股权后不能就转让前的公司利润享有分配请求权。分配公司利润属于股东的权利。转让股权后，自己就不再拥有股权，没有股权也就不再是公司股东了，所以一般不应再享有利润分红。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第三十四条股东按照实缴的出资比例分取红利；公司新增资本时，股东有权优先按照实缴的出资比例认缴出资。但是，全体股东约定不按照出资比例分取红利或者不按照出资比例优先认缴出资的除外。
