释义	法律分析：运输合同对方不付运费留置其货物的条件是：有未给付运费的情形、符合双方合同中的约定。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第八百三十六条托运人或者收货人不支付运费、保管费或者其他费用的，承运人对相应的运输货物享有留置权，但是当事人另有约定的除外。第四百四十七条债务人不履行到期债务，债权人可以留置已经合法占有的债务人的动产，并有权就该动产优先受偿。前款规定的债权人为留置权人，占有的动产为留置财产。
