释义	法律分析：有的可以异地办理，而有的则不行，如房产公证、遗嘱公证。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公证法》第二十五条自然人、法人或者其他组织申请办理公证，可以向住所地、经常居住地、行为地或者事实发生地的公证机构提出。申请办理涉及不动产的公证，应当向不动产所在地的公证机构提出；申请办理涉及不动产的委托、声明、赠与、遗嘱的公证，可以适用前款规定。第二十六条自然人、法人或者其他组织可以委托他人办理公证，但遗嘱、生存、收养关系等应当由本人办理公证的除外。
