释义	法律分析: 老年痴呆症状较轻，仍有正常或是清醒时候，视为限制民事行为能力人，则患者在正常、清醒的情况下立下遗嘱，是可以被视为有效的；若老年痴呆症状严重，已无法辨认自己的行为的患者，则可向人民法院申请判定为无民事行为能力人，则这位患者的所有民事活动，包括立遗嘱都应视为是无效的。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百三十七条以录音录像形式立的遗嘱，应当有两个以上见证人在场见证。遗嘱人和见证人应当在录音录像中记录其姓名或者肖像，以及年、月、日。
