哺乳假的规定是什么
释义
根据现行规定，女职工产假期满后，经本人申请、单位批准，可请哺乳假六个月。哺乳假期间，工资可按本人标准工资的80%发放。对未申请哺乳假的女职工，在婴儿未满一周岁时，用人单位应当在每天的劳动时间内为其安排1小时哺乳时间。
