释义	法律分析：债权转让协议的结果只是由债权受让人取代原债权人的地位，对债务人行使债权，但不能改变案件管辖。债权转让协议中约定的管辖只适用于协议双方，不适用于原债务人。债权转让后管辖权不随之转移。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十六条债权人转让债权，未通知债务人的，该转让对债务人不发生效力。债权转让的通知不得撤销，但是经受让人同意的除外。
