释义	法律分析：法院邮寄送达判决书的，以邮局反馈的签收情况为准。即当事人或者其同住成年家属签收的，签收具有法律效力，不论当事人是否实际看到判决书，在经过上诉期后，判决生效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第八十四条送达诉讼文书必须有送达回证，由受送达人在送达回证上记明收到日期，签名或者盖章。受送达人在送达回证上的签收日期为送达日期。第八十八条委托及邮寄送达。直接送达诉讼文书有困难的，可以委托其他人民法院代为送达，或者邮寄送达。邮寄送达的，以回执上注明的收件日期为送达日期。
