醉酒驾驶政审能通过吗 -交通违章 |

法律分析:
如果酒驾没有达到醉驾的程度，政审可以通过。醉驾影响公务员政审。由于我国在公务员考录、事业单位招考、参军入伍等方面，都要进行政审工作，醉酒驾驶行为列入刑法处罚范围，届时被政审人及其近亲属一旦因为酒驾被判处拘役（即已经触犯刑法）。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国刑法》 第一百三十三条之一 在道路上驾驶机动车，有下列情形之一的，处拘役，并处罚金：
(一)追逐竞驶，情节恶劣的;
(二)醉酒驾驶机动车的;
(三)从事校车业务或者旅客运输，严重超过额定乘员载客，或者严重超过规定时速行驶的;
(四)违反危险化学品安全管理规定运输危险化学品，危及公共安全的。
机动车所有人、管理人对前款第三项、第四项行为负有直接责任的，依照前款的规定处罚。
有前两款行为，同时构成其他犯罪的，依照处罚较重的规定定罪处罚。
《中华人民共和国公务员法》 第十三条 公务员应当具备下列条件：
（一）具有中华人民共和国国籍；
（二）年满十八周岁；
（三）拥护中华人民共和国宪法，拥护中国共产党领导和社会主义制度；
（四）具有良好的政治素质和道德品行；
（五）具有正常履行职责的身体条件和心理素质；
（六）具有符合职位要求的文化程度和工作能力；
（七）法律规定的其他条件。
