军嫂出轨了是什么后果

军嫂只有单纯出轨行为的，不会被判刑，因为该行为不是违法犯罪行为。但如果军嫂的出轨行为是在外第三者以夫妻名义，或者是与第三者登记结婚，那么军嫂就会因构成重婚罪而被法院判处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。

《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百五十九条【破坏军婚罪】明知是现役军人的配偶而与之同居或者结婚的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。利用职权、从属关系，以胁迫手段奸淫现役军人的妻子的，依照本法第二百三十六条的规定定罪处罚。
