释义	法律分析：分手后一直纠缠一般来说不犯法，但是如果有威胁侵犯了对方的的人身权利和民主权利，破坏婚姻自由，构成犯罪，要依法追究其刑事责任。我国是一个婚姻自由、恋爱自由的国家，任何人都有选择自己伴侣的权利，不容任何人干涉。当男女双方已经分手后，任何一方没有权利干涉对方的的恋爱自由和婚姻自由。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百五十七条以暴力干涉他人婚姻自由的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。犯前款罪，致使被害人死亡的，处二年以上七年以下有期徒刑。第一款罪，告诉的才处理。
