只工作了几天有工资吗 -法律知识

法律分析：
干了几天也应当发放工资。只要有事实劳动关系存在，不管有无劳动合同或劳动合同是否有效，用人单位都必须付给相应的报酬。如果用人单位拒绝发放，可以到当地有管辖权的劳动监察大队反映和投诉，催讨被拖欠的工资。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第二十条 劳动者在试用期的工资不得低于本单位相同岗位最低档工资或者劳动合同约定工资的百分之八十，并不得低于用人单位所在地的最低工资标准。
