到了检察院可以翻供，具体内容如下：
1、只要是被诱供，在检察院可以翻供。公安机关侦查结束后将嫌疑人移送到检察院，作为审查起诉的手段，检察院会讯问嫌疑人，如有充分的证据，嫌疑人可以改口供，检察院会对口供审查，看是否真实可信。检察院审查起诉期限在三个月以内，到时候会决定是否起诉；
2、检察院改口供应当有充分依据，惩罚犯罪是以事实为根据，重证据而不轻信口供。在法庭调查终结前是可以对不实的供述进行补充和变更的。如果在公安局和在检察院的口供不一样，一般来说检察院会根据自己录的口供来进行起诉，公安机关的口供就不再作为证据提交。对一切案件的判处都要重证据，重调查研究，不轻信口供。只有被告人供述，没有其他证据的，不能认定被告人有罪和处以刑罚；没有被告人供述，证据确实、充分的，可以认定被告人有罪和处以刑罚。

补充侦查人民检察院审查案件，可以要求公安机关提供法庭审判所必需的证据材料；认为可能存在本法第五十四条规定的以非法方法收集证据情形的，可以要求其对证据收集的合法性作出说明。
