释义	法律分析: 动产抵押，不登记也有效。但未登记不得对抗第三人，所谓“不得对抗第三人”，是指不能对抗第三人在该物抵押后又取得对该物的权。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百零三条  以动产抵押的，抵押权自抵押合同生效时设立；未经登记，不得对抗善意第三人。第四百零四条  以动产抵押的，不得对抗正常经营活动中已经支付合理价款并取得抵押财产的买受人。
