释义	法律分析: 按照规定，按城市总体规划设计的建筑物影响相邻方采光的，应允许兴建，但兴建方应为对方解决取暖、照明、调换住房或者给予经济补偿。给予经济补偿的，补偿标准以受影响建筑物的居住面积计算，每平方米一次性补偿100-200元，被遮挡建筑物列入拆迁范围的，酌情补偿，补偿后列入拆迁范围的，不再返还补偿费。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第二百九十三条建造建筑物，不得违反国家有关工程建设标准，不得妨碍相邻建筑物的通风、采光和日照。
