释义	法律分析: 作为信用卡持卡人，一旦因为失业、疾病或是其他意外事故导致无力按时还款时，在最后还款期到来之前，持卡人最好跟银行信用卡中心主动打电话联系，陈述自己的经济状况，申明自己并非恶意欠款，并申请延迟还款和利息优惠。法律依据: 《关于办理妨害信用卡管理刑事案件具体应用法律若干问题的解释》第六条持卡人以非法占有为目的，超过规定限额或者规定期限透支，并且经发卡银行两次催收后超过3个月仍不归还的，应当认定为刑法第一百九十六条规定的恶意透支。
