释义	法律分析：事实上，法定代表人或者授权代表人私人印章在法律的效力上是可以代替签字的。一般而言，由于此类私人名章没有行政备案，发生争议时难以确定其真实性，因此，在审查合同对方的签字时，建议对方法定代表人最好亲笔签字，尽量避免加盖私人印章。所以，律师建议，如果在实践中与企业签订劳动合同，最好取得法定代表人的签字而不是私人印章。法律依据：《中华人民共和国合同法》第三十二条当事人采用合同书形式订立合同的，自双方当事人签字或者盖章时合同成立。
