释义	律师分析: 正常情况下银行本票既能转让又能背书，但是填有现金字样的本票不能转让和背书。我国银行的本票全部为可转让，只有汇票是可以直接选择是否允许转让。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国票据法》第八十条本票的背书、保证、付款行为和追索权的行使，除本章规定外，适用本法第二章有关汇票的规定。本票的出票行为，除本章规定外，适用本法第二十四条关于汇票的规定。
