释义	法律分析：网上追逃有两种，一种是由公安部定期下发追逃光碟，光碟上有被追逃人员的相关资料，各地公安机关等根据光碟上的资料进行追逃；另一种是在公安内部的专网“公安网”上进行上网公布。因为现在有很多地方的公安机关派出所等还没有加入“公安网”，所以，目前是两种网上追逃形式共存。法律依据：《公安机关办理刑事案件程序规定》第三百五十一条：已被决定拘留、逮捕的犯罪嫌疑人在逃的，可以通过网上工作平台发布犯罪嫌疑人相关信息、拘留证或者逮捕证。各地公安机关发现网上逃犯的，应当立即组织抓捕
