释义	法律分析：公司实行无底薪制度是不合法的。法律依据：《关于贯彻执行中华人民共和国劳动法若干问题的意见》第五十六条在劳动合同中，双方当事人约定的劳动者在未完成劳动定额或承包任务的情况下，用人单位可低于最低工资标准支付劳动者工资的条款不具有法律效力。因此即使没有完成定额的任务,公司也是应该支付给最低工资。《中华人民共和国劳动法》第四十八条国家实行最低工资保障制度。最低工资的具体标准由省、自治区直辖市人民政府规定，报国务院备案。用人单位支付劳动者的工资不得低于当地最低工资标准。
